About

I am a documentary director/camerawoman mainly specialising in natural history and science programmes. Over the last twenty years my work has taken me to a diverse range of locations all over the world. I have experience filming in the Arctic, tropical and temperate forests, deserts, mountains, caves and all the bits in between. More recently I have made a number of appearances on-screen as a contributor/presenter in a range of expedition-style series for the BBC, Discovery and National Geographic.

I have worked on some of the BBC's most prestigious wildlife series such as Planet Earth, Life and Frozen Planet - see credits but also on quite a diverse mix of other programmes from science to reality TV.

One of my areas of expertise is night-filming and I have helped develop a specialist high definition night camera called the Lunax which is available to hire through Tshed along with a range of other kit including a fully-stabilised cable dolly system.

I have also spent many a day, week, month working at height in the canopy of some of the most majestic tropical forests on the Planet and have a range of tree mounts, and filming platforms available for hire.
