Profile
Justine has made a speciality of filming stories that say something about the relationship between man and the other animals on this planet. As a director/camerawoman she has co-produced two films for the BBC, both of which focus on conflict and co-existence between humans and wildlife.
Justine's career, since leaving film school in 1991, has led her to many fascinating parts of the world; from the Carpathian Mountains of Romania where shepherds lead a medieval existence, guarding their livestock from bears and wolves, to the top of some of the highest tropical trees in South East Asia and the Americas to film such canopy dwellers as gibbons and orangutans.
Justine has a wide skillset; experienced in working at height using the latest rope access techniques, filming at night using image intensifying and infra red cameras, she is also familiar with remote camera technology and has filmed a diverse range of people and wildlife on film, high definition and digital video.
